Changing or Cancelling your appointment -
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do this will result in loss of total payment.
Return and Refund Policy
If you require a refund for a service such as a Tarot reading, Oracle reading, Energy readings, Mediumship readings or Rahanni Celestial Healing and you have given a minimum of 48hours notice before your appointment, then this will be processed. If you have not given a minimum of 48hours notice then this refund will not be processed.
If you have purchased a crystal jewellery item, please note you have 28days warranty. If the item has broke within 28days of receiving it then please contact me via email/ or my business WhatsApp number and I will send you a replacement. Please note I may ask you to return the broken item. If your item has broken and your 28days warranty is up, the business will take no responsibility.
- State of return - in its original form, design and packaging.
- Reason for return - damaged or wrong item when received.

- Process of refund - Refund will be processed within 14days once item is received by the business.
- Contact details - Please leave your contact details for example email or telephone number in case the business requires more information.
